Amazing basic yoga class, gentle correction by the instructor to help achieve deeper poses after many years since my last class. I felt well taken care of and I am looking forward to the next class.

Sweet and cozy space. I’ve been to 4 different classes here-all were moderate. Instructors assume you know basic poses but offer decent cues. The warm class is just warm-no hot sweaty workout here.
